Leadership Vancouver Island has been an invaluable asset to the Vancouver Island Real Estate
Board (VIREB) and our REALTOR® members. As an organization committed to fostering
leadership, professionalism, and innovation within our industry, we see firsthand the positive
impact LVI training has on our members. VIREB, in partnership with the Real Estate Foundation of
BC, is proud to sponsor two to three members each year to participate in LVI’s comprehensive
