LVI 20th Anniversary Coming Home Celebration

For the past 20 years, Leadership Vancouver Island (LVI) has helped Vancouver Island organizations reap the benefits of investing in their people. LVI’s highly regarded and uniquely effective leadership training program has developed hundreds of strong innovative leaders to help organizations grow in sustainable ways.
LVI leaders have also learned how to dream big. They know that creating capacity for positive change within our communities can only come from adopting a bold vision of what’s possible by engaging with community.
That’s why LVI is so proud to invite you to join us on April 24 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Nanaimo Golf Club as we celebrate 20 years of developing leaders in their capacity for outstanding personal, business and community leadership.
Enjoy scrumptious hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, welcome bubbles, and a cash bar while mingling with LVI alumni and other Vancouver Island businesses and organizations.
Listen to impactful stories from LVI alumni who can tell you first-hand how their experience has transformed their lives. And learn about the changing face of leadership from Clemens Rettich, a partner at Beaton Rettich Waters and esteemed teacher to undergrad classes in organizational behaviour and leadership at the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria. It will be an evening designed to leave you with your cup—and your mind—overflowing with inspiration!
Tickets are only $75 with 50% of event net proceeds being allocated to LVI scholarships for deserving individuals and organizations who will benefit from our future classes.
LVI believes that communities are stronger when organizations who are led by inspiring leaders demonstrate their respect for the balance between community-minded purpose and profit.
