Confidence Builder! Leadership Vancouver Island was a life changing experience for me. As a participant in the program in 2009/2010, Leadership Vancouver Island helped to shape me into the Leader that I wanted to be in both my business and personal life. There are many different aspects to the program that will promote both professional and personal leadership growth.
As Partner at Widsten Property Management, Leadership is a crucial part of my daily business. We have since enrolled staff members in the program for leadership development. Upon completion of the program they bring the newly acquired skills back to the workplace. The Leadership Program is an asset to any business.
